How often should I get a facial or facial treatment?

There isn't a one-size-fits-all answer. At SkinTrust, your treatment schedule is personalized based on your skin's condition, your goals, your daily skincare routine, and where you are in your Repair • Rebuild • Protect journey.
 

• Repair: If your skin is experiencing acne, sensitivity, rosacea, or a damaged skin barrier, treatments may be recommended every 2–4 weeks initially to restore balance and improve skin health.

• Rebuild: As collagen production slows and hormonal or age-related changes become more visible, monthly treatments can help support firmness, hydration, and a more youthful-looking complexion.

• Protect: Once your skin is healthy and your goals have been achieved, seasonal treatments every three to four months—combined with an effective home skincare routine and daily sunscreen—may be all you need to maintain your results.

 

Your home care routine plays an important role, too. Professional treatments work best when paired with the right products used consistently between visits.
